The Team
The law firm ZDARSKY Business Law is closely connected as a cooperation law firm with other specialized law firms throughout Germany. Collaboration is important to us both in cooperations and within the team. Therefore, we regularly take time for exchange among cooperation partners as well as within the team as a whole.
Associates
Carola Kiehne
Carola Kiehne is a trained legal and notary assistant and has been with us since 2001. She is your expert contact person, particularly for questions in the field of trademark and design law.
Michael Kanngießer
The legal associate Michael Kanngießer strengthens our team with his many years of expertise in project management, often previously on the banking side. Since 2023, he has been working in the area of contract law and selected issues of technical law, and coordinates our contact with organizations such as the EAR Foundation, ensuring that many questions related to the ElektroG (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act) can be regulated quickly and in a goal-oriented manner.
Johannes Reisz
As a research associate in our law firm, he researches and prepares questions related to intellectual property rights in our back office.
Annette Zdarsky
As a business economist (Dipl.-Kauffrau), Ms. Zdarsky is your contact person for all questions related to economic matters, accounting, and also for specific business management issues.
Since her studies, she has specialized in organizational consulting and organizes our quality management system, which is certified by TÜV Hessen. As the contact person for occupational health and safety in our law firm, she performs important internal tasks.
Aline Ferner
For several years now, Ms. Ferner has been managing everything related to numbers – the accounting. Our accounting is managed by her as a trained legal specialist.
Specialization
Specialization is more important today than ever: Nobody can (any longer) be top-notch across the board. Thus, every professional is required to continuously adapt and refine their core areas for the benefit of our clients. For this reason, we only handle selected areas that our clients need and in which we have specialized. To always stay up-to-date, we regularly attend professional development courses far beyond the required level for specialist lawyers or patent attorneys. Likewise, our employees regularly attend training events in their respective work areas.
Training
We consider training an important task of the law firm. We gladly offer students and legal trainees the opportunity to get to know and appreciate the diverse possibilities of legal work within our law firm. This exchange is not a one-way street: We are happy to be inspired by new thoughts and considerations. Currently, for organizational reasons, we cannot offer a training position for legal assistants.
Possible Collaboration in our Law Firm
Students and Legal Trainees:
For interested and appropriately qualified students and/or legal trainees, we offer part-time collaboration by arrangement. If you are interested, we look forward to hearing from you.
Business Lawyers:
Our clients are growing – and with them the challenges. Therefore, we are open to part-time or half-day collaboration with business lawyers specializing in International Contract Law. Prerequisites are good legal knowledge as well as a pronounced interest in economic contexts and good language skills.
