Attorney Stefan Zdarsky

Specialist Lawyer for Intellectual Property Protection

Born in 1963, raised in Frankfurt am Main. After studying in Giessen, he completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main. Following an extended period as a corporate lawyer in the business sector with a focus on contract law

(including terms and conditions consulting, i.e., creating, reviewing/controlling, and negotiating general contract terms for industry and commerce – B2B as well as B2C), liability law (especially product liability and producer liability) and insurance law as well as competition law (antitrust law and particularly advertising law – UWG), he is still available to advise you on these focus areas today. Another significant area of expertise for Attorney Stefan Zdarsky is in the fields of trademark law, design law, and other intellectual property rights (especially handling registration and protection of rights, processing warnings on both sides). He also gladly answers your questions regarding copyright and publishing law as well as

IT law, especially contracts, domains, distance selling and intellectual property infringements. In these areas, questions regularly arise regarding warnings for alleged downloads, the design of imprints, and privacy policy statements.
