We gladly respond to your questions concerning “Technical Law”, which means product safety regulations, diverse Directives like Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), EMC-Directive (2014/30/eu), RoHS (2011/65/EU), Low Voltage (2006/95/EC) etc. as well as the interpretation of international standards ISO, EN or DIN in respect of the relevant technologies to be evaluated.
Copyright law and law of publishing as well as concerning internet law (IT-law), especially concerning contracts, domains, long distance sales and infringement of proprietary rights are an additional focus.
Our clients are mainly internationally operating small and medium-sized enterprises and for certain aspects (IP law and technical law) international corporations and NGOs; besides, we are legal consultants of some German industrial associations.
